Shipping Policy

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout has been completed.

 

Standard Shipping

Orders with standard shipping will usually be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather may have an impact on your shipping times.

Typically we use two carriers for shipping either USPS or UPS. Once your order is placed you should receive it within 3-10 business days. However, due to COVID and other special circumstances, our carriers may incur delays that are out of our hands.

All orders shipped within the continental USA over $50.00 receive free standard shipping.

The cost of standard shipping on orders under $50.00 is $5.00.

Tracking Your Package

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery. All USPS packages come with insurance. If your package is lost or damaged the customer is responsible for filing the claim. 

I did not receive my order but it states delivered, what should I do?

If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it give it 2-3 days before you deem it missing. Please check your mailbox, front porch, your neighbors, those that live with you and the property manager office (if applicable) and ask your mail person. Everly Ray Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are mark as delivered and are lost or stolen. Please contact your local post office to make a claim. If you still cannot find it you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service) and discuss the issue with them. You can file a claim on their website, google search USPS claim.  

    A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).
